Biography
Mrs. Siaway is a Liberian agribusiness leader, experienced female rubber farmer, and passionate advocate for the transformative power of agriculture. She currently serves as President of the Rubber Planters Association of Liberia (RPAL) and Chief Executive Officer of Mulbah Rubber Company, where she works to support smallholder farmers, strengthen rubber production, and expand market opportunities for Liberian farmers. Her experience as a farmer has shaped her strong advocacy for improved agricultural policies, access to finance, technical training, and sustainable farming practices. Mrs. Siaway holds an MBA in Finance and Banking from the University of Liberia and a BBA in Management from United Methodist University,
completed in 2010. She is also an alumna of the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) sponsored by the U.S. Embassy in Monrovia. As a woman leader in a traditionally male-dominated sector, she is committed to empowering farmers, particularly women, and contributing to a more organized, profitable, and sustainable rubber sector in Liberia.
