Biography
Cllr. Warner is the founder and Senior Partner of Heritage Partners & Associates, LLC. (HPA) and a former dean of the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law. Between 2000 to 20005, he served as Assistant In-House Counsel and then as Executive Director of Supervision & Examinations of the Central Bank of Liberia. As an eminent commercial and corporate lawyer, Cllr. Warner led the drafting of the Liberian Commercial Code, the Act establishing the Commercial Court of Liberia and the Insolvency & Restructuring Act of Liberia in addition to serving on the board of Ecobank Liberia Limited, Access Bank Liberia Limited and Diaconia Microfinance Deposit taking Institution. Cllr. Warner holds law degrees from the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law and Cornell Law School, having first obtain undergraduate degree in business from the University of Liberia.
