Biography
Laurent KOFFI-BAH is the Chief Executive Officer of Orange Money, where he provides strategic vision, leadership, and direction for the company's operations in Liberia's fast-evolving mobile financial services industry, driving sustainable growth, financial stability, and team leadership while upholding strong ethics and regulatory compliance. Within the Orange Group, he previously served as Chief Indirect Sales & Distribution Officer and Indirect Distribution Deputy Director at Orange Liberia, and as Senior Manager of Distribution at Orange Money Côte d'Ivoire. He also brings prior experience from Moov Africa Côte d'Ivoire and MTN Côte d'Ivoire, spanning over 21 years in Sales, Distribution, and Mobile Financial Services. He holds a Sales and Marketing Engineering degree from the École Supérieure de Commerce d'Abidjan (ESCA) and has completed senior executive leadership training, including the Orange Momentum Program (Growth Mindset, Operational Excellence, Collective Success, Managing Stakeholders) with Orange Middle East & Africa (OMEA) and Praditus, and Strategy and Leadership of Change at MDE Business School.
