James Morzart Strother

Mr. Strother is a distinguished Liberian business leader, entrepreneur, and private sector advocate whose career has been dedicated to advancing sustainable economic development, strengthening entrepreneurship, and promoting investment in Liberia. As President of the Liberian Business Association (LIBA) since 9 August 2018, he has transformed the Association into one of the country's foremost private sector institutions, recognized nationally and internationally for championing business development, policy dialogue, and inclusive economic growth. Holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Management from Cuttington University, Mr. Strother combines strategic leadership with practical business experience to advance Liberia's private sector. Throughout his career, he has cultivated strong partnerships among government institutions, development partners, financial institutions, diplomatic missions, and the international business community to create an enabling environment for enterprise development and investment.
