Hon. O. Natty B. Davis,

Hon. Davis II is a Former Chairman of the National Investment Commission, Government of Liberia and led efforts to encourage, promote, and coordinate all investment activities to accelerate Liberia’s economic growth and development. He promoted greater attention to domestic private sector revitalization and advancement through value-chain linkages to foreign investments and business development services. Hon. Davis also chaired the Inter-Ministerial Concession Committee, which negotiates and monitors all public concessions. Previously, Hon. Davis served as Minister of State without Portfolio, the senior advisor to the President on economic management and governance frameworks. He worked closely with line ministries to advance priority areas such as health, education, and infrastructure. In this capacity, he was the National Coordinator of the Liberia Reconstruction and Development Committee Secretariat and led national donor coordination supporting the formulation and implementation of Liberia’s first Poverty Reduction Strategy. Hon. Davis has served as Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and as coordinator of the Ministry of Finance’s Economic and Financial Management Committee. In addition, Hon. Davis consulted extensively on HIV/AIDS-related projects in the Southern Africa Region.
