Biography

Cllr. Eldine is an experienced Liberian legal practitioner and banking professional who currently serves as In-House Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors of International Bank (Liberia) Limited. He was admitted to practice as an Attorney-at-Law in 2013 and became Counselor-at-Law of the Supreme Court Bar in 2018. His professional background also includes serving as Officer-in-Charge at Abedoe Law Offices and as a Legal Associate at Heritage Partners & Associates, where he was specifically involved in litigation and the recovery of debts and non-performing loans. In his current role, Mr. Eldine provides legal advice to bank management on legal risk mitigation, agreements, securities and collateral, litigation, debt recovery, and non-performing loans. He coordinates with external counsel on recovery actions and oversees legal processes associated with NPLs, including foreclosure and debt recovery.
